If life gives you lemons, build a rocket-powered lemon gun.
This is a collection of random, seemingly interesting stuff I happen to come across when surfing the Internet. Seriously, this is really good shit.

Did you know that
TeX has an idiosyncratic version numbering system. Since version 3, updates have been indicated by adding an extra digit at the end, so that the version number asymptotically approaches π. The current version is 3.1415926. [...] TeX developer Donald Knuth has stated that the “absolutely final change (to be made after my death)” will be to change the version number to π, at which point all remaining bugs will become permanent features.

Viviscape is an (unfinished) side-scroller. Now you can only move around and explore. It’s pretty relaxing – you can meditate or daydream while playing.

Ever wondered what happens in your body when you exercise? Actually, way more than you may think. Your heart pumps faster, your blood vessels enlarge, your skin flushes. Leaving aside the discrete chemical reactions that take place in your muscles from the first moment you move. This article explains it all: http://health.howstuffworks.com/sports-physiology.htm/printable

Fray is a true stories website / series of events / series of books (see their about page to find out how one thing evolved from the other).
Here is a link to the old website, the one before the books came up.
Some of my favourite stories are The Scar, The Worm Within, Letterman on Acid and Lost. But they’re all nice and most of them have great illustrations.

Dialogue Defined is a reply I got from Gab to the conversational terrorism thing I posted a while ago. It’s about how we can use dialogue as a tool to learn and understand more from our conversations, a tool that aids cooperation and creativity.

A lucid dream is a dream in which you’re aware you’re dreaming. Being aware gives you control over your dream – and from here, the possibilities are endless: you can fly, see music, be a rockstar or anything else you can come up with. This is a brief tutorial on how to lucid dream. There’s also a Wikibook on this subject which contains more techniques and detailed explanations (you can also download the PDF).

Whether you’re curious, or going through an existential crisis, or just bored, a personality test might come in handy.
Although you can pay for a “detailed report”, the “undetailed” (and free) results of this one are way more detailed than those of most of the tests you can find on the internet (for free, at least). And it has a nice graphic representation, too.

Have you ever seen an antipixel button? You probably have. It looks like this: ![]()
Using the “Brilliant Button Maker” (it sounds exagerated, I know) you can make your own (this isn’t the only one, but it seems better because you can add images).
