A lucid dream is a dream in which you’re aware you’re dreaming. Being aware gives you control over your dream – and from here, the possibilities are endless: you can fly, see music, be a rockstar or anything else you can come up with. This is a brief tutorial on how to lucid dream. There’s also a Wikibook on this subject which contains more techniques and detailed explanations (you can also download the PDF).
